Hi! I’m Liz.

I offer deep, compassionate listening. I offer powerful questions. I offer my whole self to help you access your truest version of yourself.

I am all about love, expansion, and emergence. Coaching together is a creative unfolding where we both get to reimagine what is possible.

I’ve spent most of my life outside. If I’m not outside, I am organizing community and creating spaces for connection. I believe another world is possible. I come to coaching from a career in outdoor leadership at NOLS. Whether it’s on an expedition or in a coaching container or in community, we go deep and far, we shed layers. I’m all about radically loving ourselves as we become more of who we are.

When I landed in Integral Coaching I found a home. Coaching matters deeply to me, not just for the profound transformation my client’s experience, but for the ways this work allows us all to live into a world with more liberation and more healing.

  • I use an Integral approach to understand you as a whole, complex being. I am informed by Parts Work (Internal Family Systems) which helps us come into compassionate relationship with all the parts of ourselves. I come to coaching with an awareness of the trauma stories many of us carry. I work with the wisdom of the body. I am influenced by eastern meditation and spiritual traditions. I honor and give thanks to the cultures that I draw from in my own growth.

  • I’m a queer, White, non-binary parent of two small kids. Parenting consistently brings me to my knees in joy and humility. I live in Lander, Wyoming, on what was originally part of the Wind River Reservation, home of the Eastern Shoshone and Northern Arapaho Peoples.
